Avoid the obstacles Apple, HTC Mobile Phone Test New

forumLearning from a patent dispute with Apple, HTC is now doing more rigorous testing of new smartphones that will be release.

HTC CEO Peter Chou expressed it, to the media at the headquarters of HTC in Taiwan. But he refused to explain further about the details of HTC's latest smartphone.

Accompanied by Senior Vice President of Mobile Google Andy Rubin who happened to be attending a meeting in the office of HTC, Chou said his company would cooperate with Google to protect themselves from 'attacks' that prevent innovation.

"The industry is not going to allow one company to use his power to stop the other in innovating, it's not fair," Chou said as quoted on Wednesday (12/21/2011).

As is known, this week Apple wins patent dispute with some of HTC in the United States (U.S.). With this victory, HTC's Android handset is considered violating Apple's patents are prohibited from import into the land of Uncle Sam.
