Not Participate Throw the BlackBerry, not Mean No solider

Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (Communication and Information) do not want to join the bandwagon with the BlackBerry throwing action plan in front of the Embassy of Canada raised Institute for Development and Empowerment of Information (LPPMI).
