SEOUL - Samsung will launch a new tablet next February, reportedly presenting the display screen technology beyond anything on the market today.
Quoted from BGR as reported by the Telegraph, Monday (12/12/2011), the Tablet will be launched at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February.
The tablet has a 11.6-inch screen size with a resolution of 2560 x 1600. Compared iPad 2 then Samsung gives a higher bid, the Apple tablet has a 9.7 inch screen with 1024 x 768.
Besides Samsung, rumors about the launch of Apple's new tablet is also becoming more outstanding. Apple is rumored to be launching the latest generation iPad with Retina Display iPhone screen equivalent in the Spring or Summer of next year.
As is known, these two vendors are 'locked' in a patent battle, so any updates on a range of Samsung products, tend to make it less similar to the iPad 2.
BGR claims, Samsung's latest tablet will run the Android operating system 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The tablets will offer a 16:10 aspect ratio when running a dual core processor with 2 GHz Exynos 5250.
